Protecting your personal information is important. This policy explains, in simple terms, what personal information may be collected when you use this website, why it is collected, and what rights you have regarding your information.
1. Personal information we collect
When you complete the website contact form, we may collect certain personal information, including:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your telephone number, when provided;
- the nature of your request;
- any information you choose to include in your message.
At this stage, only the information reasonably required to understand your request and communicate with you is requested.
Please do not submit sensitive financial information, your Social Insurance Number, identification documents, or confidential documents through the general website contact form.
2. How your information is used
The information you provide is primarily used to:
- respond to your request;
- communicate with you;
- better understand your project;
- schedule an appointment;
- guide you toward the appropriate next steps.
Your personal information is not sold or used for advertising purposes.
3. Contact form and technology providers
The website uses a hosted form service within the Marblism environment to send your request by email.
The website itself does not maintain client accounts or an accessible database containing a history of submitted forms.
However, certain technology providers required to operate the website may temporarily process personal information or technical data as part of providing their services.
4. Mortgage brokerage applications
If your inquiry leads to the opening of a mortgage brokerage application, additional information may be required, including information relating to your income, assets, debts, employment, credit, or real estate project.
As part of a mortgage financing application, certain personal information may be shared, subject to the applicable consents, with Xperto, the brokerage firm, lenders, mortgage insurers, credit bureaus, or other parties necessary to process your application.
This information is collected through the appropriate mortgage process and subject to the required consents.
When your application is processed through Xperto systems, Xperto’s privacy practices also apply. You may consult Xperto’s Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information is handled in connection with its services.
5. Calendly and external services
Appointment booking buttons on this website direct you to Calendly, an external service.
No Calendly form or widget is embedded directly into the pages of this website. When you access Calendly or another external service, the information you provide is governed by that provider’s privacy practices.
Certain technology providers may process or store information outside Quebec. Where required by applicable law, appropriate measures must be taken to ensure that personal information receives adequate protection.
6. Cookies and technologies
This website uses cookies that are essential to its operation. Optional Google Analytics 4 statistics are loaded only after you give explicit consent. If you decline, analytics remain disabled. You can change your choice at any time by selecting the button below. The banner will reopen so you can accept or decline analytics.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may process usage data and online identifiers, such as pages viewed, interactions, device type, and technical information. The service is provided by Google and may involve processing or transferring information outside Quebec. Email and URL-parameter redaction is enabled in the Google Analytics data stream settings. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, or contact message to Google. Please avoid entering personal information in URLs.
Optional collection is used to understand website traffic and engagement so the website and its content, including the blog, can be improved. Google Analytics event data is retained for 14 months. The contact form and appointment booking service remain available if you decline analytics.
7. Retention and security
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, and professional requirements.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
When personal information is no longer required and there is no legal obligation requiring its retention, it is securely destroyed.
8. Your rights

- access to the personal information held about you;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- withdrawal of your consent where permitted;
- deletion of certain personal information where permitted by law;
- access to certain computerized personal information in a structured and commonly used technological format.
